During my research on the human consciousness, I came across the term "dualism". Expanding this term beyond the field of philosophy, to encapsulate dual aspects and conflicting sides of the self, I found myself pondering the seemingly opposing views on human consciousness. ABOUT
During my undergraduate studies at the University of Alberta, a passing comment of "you should be a textbook illustrator!" stuck with me until, out of curiosity, I discovered the field of biomedical illustrations.
After completing my Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, I continued my passion in combining art and science in the Biomedical Communications Program at the University of Toronto.
I am enthusiastic about creating didactic, aesthetic pieces that cater to the audience in telling an effective narrative. After all, the best stories are the ones with pictures!
